Job Title: Transportation Operations Coordinator

Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Transportation Operations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track driver/truck movements to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
  • Manage and update loads in our transportation management system (TMS) and other software tools.
  • Dispatch drivers and oversee their progress.
  • Collect and upload documentation, such as proof of delivery and receipts, for billing purposes.
  • Communicate with shippers, brokers, and customers via email and phone.

Requirements:

  • Experience in dispatching or transportation operations, preferably in refrigerated transport.
  • Proficiency in using TMS and/or similar trucking software.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently, be reliable, and meet deadlines.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail.
