Mancer is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Leader for our Pune branch who will play a pivotal role in shaping our recruitment strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Profit & Loss Management:
  • Manage the branch's Profit and Loss (P&L) account, ensuring sustained growth and profitability.
  • Grow revenue by offering customized solutions to existing and new clients.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet revenue and cost targets.
  • Monitor and optimize operational costs while maximizing profit margins.
  • Client Acquisitions & Client Mining:
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Regularly meet with existing customers to mine more business and strengthen relationships.
  • Provide value-added services like Market Mapping, Compensation benchmarking, and Equiv (Diversity & Inclusion) hiring solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their Talent Acquisition needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
  • Mentor, motivate, and guide teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Implement training and development programs to enhance team competencies and performance.
  • Build and lead a high-performing recruitment team to manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes for niche, Mid, and leadership hiring.
  • Strategic Initiatives:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align branch goals with the organization's strategic direction.
  • Implement innovative talent acquisition strategies and tools to stay ahead of market trends.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, client-specific guidelines, and statutory compliance.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, providing actionable insights.
  • Utilize data to identify trends, make informed decisions, and optimize recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Graduate/MBA
  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years in a Leadership role
  • Proven track record of managing P&L and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong experience in Permanent recruitment firms
Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum
