We are seeking an accomplished RAN Engineer to join our team, with expertise in Ericsson technology and 2G, 4G, and 5G network architecture.
About this opportunity:
The ideal candidate will have experience in monitoring and resolving Jeopardy Alerts, assisting engineers, and carrying out initial ticket triage. They must also be able to analyze Health Checkup reports and take corrective action to resolve faults.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and resolve technical issues within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Assist engineers with executing work requirements
- Carry out initial ticket triage, providing analysis for accurate L2 escalation
- Append tickets with concise notes on activities taken
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of vBSC Baseband and Fronthaul TX equipment
- Possess knowledge of RAN 2G, 4G, and 5G Network Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Analyze and resolve issues promptly
- End-to-end support for RAN and Network-related issues
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or equivalent
- 3-6 years of relevant experience
