  • Fully assume ownership of assigned projects, guaranteeing their successful completion.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, steering project discussions and managing expectations effectively.
  • Develop and implement solutions that align with client requirements and business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers and stakeholders involved in project delivery.

Cross-functional collaboration will be essential in resolving challenges, maintaining proactive communication with customers, and driving discussions to align on future goals and priorities.

Key Responsibilities
