HSW Manager

Job Description

As an HSW Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Health, Safety and Well-being (HSW) regulations across our organization.

Your key objectives will include:

  • Governance with Internal Teams, MS, and Infra partners for HSW Compliance
  • Ensure 100% compliance to HSW requirements and adherence on the ground, aiming for a "Zero" Fatality rate. Maintain a Safety Score of above 90% within 9-12 months.
  • Promote a culture of safety and well-being throughout the organization.
  • Conduct periodic inspections and random field checks to improve HSW compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Strong knowledge of safety HSW compliance principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of relevant safety rules and practices
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar role or industry

In addition, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a related field.

A first-level understanding of all technical nodes from a safety perspective is also highly desirable.
