Financial Planning and Business Insights Lead

We are seeking an accomplished Financial Planning and Business Insights Lead to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing periodic forecasts and annual plans that drive business growth.

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to provide in-depth analysis and insights into revenue and cost aspects. Your expertise will help us make informed decisions by reviewing actuals against plans on a monthly basis and creating reports that analyze metrics.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering key internal and external presentations to drive business insights and process improvements.
  • Analyzing and working with large datasets to provide timely insights as requested.
  • Driving process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the organization.
  • Collaborating with senior management and independently to drive process improvements and provide business insights on a periodic basis.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent Microsoft Office skills, advanced working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, and consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. You should also have sharp analytical skills and the ability to work across multiple teams, manage timelines, and influence top management and relevant stakeholders with data/analysis.

You will take complete ownership of responsibilities and ensure closure of all deliverables in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Around 2 – 5 years / 5 – 12 years of experience in IT Industry, preferably with CA or MBA.

Excellent Microsoft Office skills, with advanced working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, and consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work across multiple teams, manage timelines, and influence top management and relevant stakeholders with data/analysis.

Take complete ownership of responsibilities and ensure closure of all deliverables in a timely manner.
