About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Formulation Development Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in formulation development and regulatory compliance, with a strong track record of developing stable and bioequivalent solid oral dosage forms for global markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring successful technology transfer and implementation, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement efficient and effective formulation strategies
  • Maintain and improve existing product formulations
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards
  • Collaborate with research and development teams to design and develop new products

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in formulation development
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
