Job Description

The role involves spearheading a team of engineers in the design and development of vacuum furnace systems. Our goal is to ensure successful project delivery through strategic leadership and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight on sales offers and customer specifications.
  • Develop and implement engineering management strategies to drive project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions.
  • Offer analytical problem-solving support to the assembly factory and assembly lines.
  • Compile technical/design and administrative documents for all customer accounts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor/Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics/Design.
  • Experience in vacuum furnace design, mechanical/electrical structures, low/high/ultra-high vacuum systems, high pressure vessel design/construction, and heat exchanger design/construction.
  • Knowledge of thermal exchange calculation, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), finite element method (FEM), and thermo-mechanical simulations analysis.
  • Hands-on aptitude with standard design practices and manufacturing techniques.
  • Advanced skills in 2D & 3D CAD software - preferably AutoCAD and Inventor or Solid Works.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 15-20 years' experience in vacuum equipment design, furnace design and engineering.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering successful projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
