About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Systems Trainer to join our HVAC team. As a Systems Trainer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
  • Identifying potential maintenance risks on equipment.
  • Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
  • Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
  • Responding promptly and efficiently to emergency repairs.
  • Providing technical guidance and on-the-job training.
  • Maintaining accurate logs and records of all maintenance activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Complying with service standards, work procedures, and customer requirements.
  • Assisting with customer inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the HVAC industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
