Job Summary

As a Remote Troubleshooting and Mitigation Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of R&M activities, RTWP mitigation, KPI monitoring, SCOP reporting, and effective coordination with on-ground teams.

Our ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with RET troubleshooting, RF paths, microwave links, and fiber, as well as proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Earth for reporting. Strong English communication skills and familiarity with Python/SQL/dashboarding tools for KPI/RTWP tracking are also essential.

This role ensures our crews receive strong remote support during troubleshooting, commissioning, and R&M activities, while driving high-quality SCOP reporting for T-Mobile projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide real-time RTWP troubleshooting support during site activities.
  • Support R&M troubleshooting – radios, baseband, RET, fiber, MW, and RF jumpers.
  • Coordinate with Carrier Switch team for software load, commissioning, and integration.
  • Monitor KPIs post-commissioning to validate site stability and performance.
  • Prepare SCOP reports (Excel/PPT) including KPIs, RTWP logs, alarms, and troubleshooting steps.
Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with RET troubleshooting, RF paths, microwave links, and fiber.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Earth for reporting.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Python/SQL/dashboarding tools for KPI/RTWP tracking.
  • Prior experience in NOC or operator environments.
