As a Big Data Developer, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable big data solutions using Hadoop, Spark, Hive, HDFS, and Kafka
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to develop and deliver high-quality projects on time
  • Mentor junior engineers in coding standards, best practices, debugging, and project execution
  • Review and provide feedback on code quality to ensure scalability and maintainability

You will have the opportunity to lead by example in object-oriented development and contribute to the development of ETL processes for integrating data from various sources. A deep understanding of ETL processes and data integration strategies is essential for this role.

To be successful, you should have 8+ years of professional experience in Big Data development and engineering, strong hands-on expertise with Hadoop, Hive, HDFS, Apache Spark, and Kafka, and solid object-oriented development experience with Scala and Java.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and continuously improve processes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
