Senior Legal Associate Role

The Senior Legal Associate will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of issues, including Indirect Tax, Power Sector, Shipping Laws, and Dispute Resolution. This role requires a high level of expertise and experience in these areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments

• Conducting thorough research and analysis of complex legal issues

• Managing case files and ensuring compliance with all relevant legal regulations and standards

• Providing expert legal advice to clients on a wide range of issues, including contract law, corporate law, and dispute resolution

• Attending court hearings, negotiations, and arbitration sessions as required

Additional Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that all legal work is completed to a high standard and within the agreed timeframe

• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Indirect Tax, Power Sector, Shipping Laws, and Dispute Resolution

• Proficiency in Law and handling Legal Issues

• Experience in Legal Document Preparation and Analytical Skills

• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong research and case management skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Membership in good standing with the Bar Council
