About the Role:
  • Manage an efficient and high-quality BIP team, collaborating with Country Organizations to deliver best-in-class services.
  • Ensure exemplary communication with stakeholders, including internal associates and global customers, through regular updates on accomplishments, KPIs, and key events.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues, clearly articulating recommendations to local or global managers/partners.
  • Collaborate with Media agencies, Brand teams, and Resource optimization experts to enable faster insights into data.
  • Proactively plan and anticipate change, driving the implementation of team goals and metrics.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in advanced Visualization skills and Programming Languages (R, Python) combined with Pharma analytics in the Digital domain.
  • Understanding of the US IM digital data ecosystem for integrating various data sources.
  • Knowledge of advanced media concepts, data integrity, and testing procedures for developing digital media outcomes.
  • Hands-on knowledge of large-scale ETL and warehouse operations, as well as big data lakes for managing large amounts of data in native formats.
  • Profound knowledge of Marketing Cloud Intelligence metrics to integrate data from marketing and advertising platforms, web analytics, CRM, e-commerce, etc.
