We're seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master to spearhead our offshore ERP projects.

The ideal candidate boasts a proven track record of managing ERP teams and projects, with hands-on experience in at least one ERP tool.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Acted as Scrum Master / TPM for ERP and related integration projects.
  • Managed project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of ERP initiatives.
  • Driven sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
  • Tracked project progress, risks, and issues across the team.
  • Ensured proper documentation, communication, and coordination with onsite stakeholders.
  • Identified process improvements and enforced Agile best practices.
  • Managed Kronos implementation or support activities (if applicable).
  • Reported on team velocity, project health, and stakeholder satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4 years in project management or Scrum Master roles.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with Kronos WFM / HCM solutions is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) or PMP is preferred.
About the Role

This is a key position that requires a deep understanding of ERP systems and Agile methodologies. The right candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and ensuring the successful delivery of offshore ERP projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing complex projects, with experience in at least one ERP tool. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements
