Key Farvision Executive Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Farvision executive to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure smooth workflow across departments, support end-users, and contribute to process optimization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee Farvision ERP operations across various modules (Sales, CRM, Finance, Purchase, Inventory, Projects, HR) to ensure seamless integration and efficient data flow.
  • Handle data entry, validation, and reporting to maintain accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Support end-users by resolving functional and technical issues related to Farvision ERP, providing training, and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Generate, analyze, and share MIS reports, dashboards, and custom reports as per business needs, using tools like MS Excel to create insightful and actionable reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for ERP enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Ensure timely billing, invoicing, purchase orders, and payment tracking using Farvision, maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in Farvision ERP (2-5 years) with a strong understanding of real estate / construction business processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting) and ability to analyze data to generate insightful MIS reports.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Graduate in Commerce / Management / IT / Finance or equivalent, with prior work experience in real estate, construction, or related industries being an added advantage.
