Job Description

As a key member of our QA team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of our products and services.

  • Collaborate with the QA team to develop and implement testing strategies and approaches that meet our quality standards.
  • Develop, review, and maintain comprehensive testing documents, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
  • Liaise with development teams to identify and prioritize testing activities and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Facilitate regular QA team meetings and triage calls to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Participate in Agile environments by contributing to sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
  • Manage risks and deliverables to ensure testing activities stay within scope, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Provide effort estimates for testing activities and collaborate with project managers to escalate critical issues.

We are seeking a skilled individual who possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in software QA or related field.
  • Strong client-facing skills and experience working with bug tracking and test management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related qualifications.
  • Experience with Agile testing methodologies and best practices is highly desirable.
