Advanced Agentic AI Specialist

Twinamics is building the Autonomous Brain for Enterprises. This cutting-edge system enables businesses to transform messy, siloed data into real-time intelligence and autonomous actions.
The core of Twinamics lies in its proprietary DIPPCAA Engine (Data → Insight → Prediction → Prescription → Command → Action → Adaptation). It powers an end-to-end Data-to-Action Infrastructure that connects data, reasons over it, and executes business-critical decisions through AI Employees (AI-CXOs and their Agent Workforce).
This role involves designing and implementing agentic AI systems with stateful reasoning, memory, and orchestration. You will develop Digital Twin AI Employees using LLMs, SLMs, and custom orchestration logic. Integration of AI agents with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, WhatsApp, Accounting APIs, and Voice Platforms will also be a part of your responsibilities.
You will build plug-and-play AI templates for cross-industry use cases such as hospitality, manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics. Additionally, you will optimize for scalability by implementing retries, fail-safes, state persistence, and performance tuning. Collaboration with product designers and developers will bring enterprise-ready AI infrastructure to life.
