Job Title: Costing and Estimation Specialist

Job Summary:
Cleantech Industry Resources is seeking an experienced Costing and Estimation Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating with internal teams to support project proposals and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare detailed cost estimates, including break-downs of labor, materials, and equipment costs,
2. Conduct cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, and variance analyses to identify potential issues and opportunities,
3. Coordinate with internal teams, including design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams,
4. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors,
5. Provide regular reporting to management on project progress and cost performance,

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field,
- 5+ years of experience in costing and estimation, with a focus on solar plant estimations and budgeting,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD and MS Office,
- Experience with project management tools and techniques,
