Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify potential customers across various industries.
  2. Build strong relationships with OEMs, compounders, and distributors.
  3. Collaborate with internal technical teams to product positioning.
  4. Drive sales growth, pricing strategy, and product positioning.
  5. Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor landscape.
  6. Evaluate and optimize processes for smooth coordination from sampling to order finalization and after-sales support.
Requirements
  • Strong technical understanding of flame retardant chemicals.
  • Experience in sales or business development.
  • Market mapping and customer engagement skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
