Key Responsibilities:- Conduct customer discovery sessions to capture detailed business and technical requirements.
- Analyze complex IT landscapes to identify gaps and develop innovative solutions across key areas.
- Develop detailed architecture diagrams, workflows, and operating models to clearly articulate the proposed solution.
- Collaborate with sales teams to effectively position solutions during pursuits, proposals, and presentations.
- Work with finance to create pricing models and contribute to RFP/RFQ/RFI responses with detailed technical write-ups and solution differentiators.
- Partner with delivery, transition, and OEM partners to validate service feasibility and effort drivers.
- Provide inputs to enhance service catalogs and go-to-market strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-6 years of overall IT infrastructure experience.
- A minimum of 3+ years in a solutioning, delivery, or technical pre-sales role.
- Strong understanding of ITIL-based Service Management, including SLA/KPI frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- CCNA or equivalent certification.
- MCSA or equivalent certification.
