Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Structural Design Engineer to lead our team in Petrochemical Plants, Oil & Gas Plants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform basic and detail design engineering activities for assigned projects.
  • Prepare and review PFD, P&ID's, project-specific specifications, design calculations/analysis, procurement specifications.
  • Interface with other disciplines, user departments, and clients.
  • Estimate/engineering work related to bids.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor/Master's Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering.
  • Experience with STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP, STAAD Foundation is preferable.
  • Conversant with StaadPro and SAP software.
  • Familiarity with FEM-based connection design tools like Ideastatica.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and other 3D tools like Tekla Structure, Navisworks, SPR etc.
  • Jacket and Topside pre-service analysis.
  • Jacket Impact Analysis.
  • Jacket and topside Fatigue Analysis.
  • Pile Drivability Analysis.
  • Loading calculations and loading sketches.
  • Basic knowledge of Industrial Architecture, PHE, and Roadways.
  • Hands-on experience and knowledge of structural steel/reinforced concrete design and detailing of Process/non-process buildings Machine foundations Pipe rack Factory Buildings etc.
  • International codes and standards experience is preferable.
  • Responsible for quality checks, quality assurance of reviewed drawings.
