Structural Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our team.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to work on a variety of projects, collaborating with directors, project managers, and construction managers to develop and integrate processes and procedures.
  • You will be responsible for delivering multiple projects or parts of larger projects to completion, ensuring high-quality results.
  • A key aspect of this role will be working closely with clients and structural design and BIM Engineers to produce creative designs that meet client expectations.
  • You will also be responsible for ensuring effective staff training initiatives and conducting on-time performance reviews to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Furthermore, you will implement quality management and continuous improvement programs to drive excellence in the organization.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience and proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, Revit, CAD, and advanced skills in Macros/VBA in Excel.
  • The ability to work independently on projects and handle teams with ease.
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Experience in structural engineering building design on multidisciplinary projects.
