Role Overview:

As a Technical Consultant at Arcadis, you will be responsible for delivering and managing technical artefacts. This role encompasses design, development, testing, and documentation using application design, workflow, business logic extension, integration, reports, and mobile application development.

Key Responsibilities:

Our Technical Consultants work with the latest technologies, systems, and methodologies to optimize business processes. They are customer technical advisors and closely collaborate with our customers.

Project and Service Delivery:

To implement and support Arcadis Gen, IBM, and other software, you will analyze requirements, configure, customize, deploy, and develop solutions involving desktop, mobile, integration, and reporting components using Gen's DevOps set of automated tools.

Leading from the Front:

You will lead the technical delivery from the front, acting on your own initiative while guiding and working alongside functional and architecture colleagues to ensure the optimal technical solution is delivered on time.

Solution Specification and Design:

You will analyze and implement the best user experience for our clients, aligning role requirements to functional use of our product(s) UI (desktop and mobile).

Communication and Customers:

You will develop strong relationships with our customers and stakeholders to help identify and analyze requirements and produce user stories, best practices for managing code, deployment, and test specifications, test data sets, etc.

Collaboration:

You will collaborate closely with other sub-domains within the Solutions Domain, including functional and development teams, project/service managers, technical architects, solution architects, Scrum Masters, industry solution principals, professionals, and associates.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Deep Maximo configuration experience
  • Maximo application and integration troubleshooting experience for existing services
  • Expertise in design, build, and enhance ICEFW Maximo components, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows requirements
  • Customer technical advisory and provide technical services for projects and live support services
  • Maximo development experience using automated tools
  • Experience in Maximo customization framework and enhancing custom logic using Java or Python
  • Maximo functional experience working within the rail, infrastructure, utility, and similar industries
  • Deep Maximo data model understanding of key asset management modules
  • Understanding of EAM ecosystems and experience in integrating with key external systems
  • Experience in Maximo technical release management and application deployment process
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management
  • Open to learning and adapting to new technologies
  • Best practices of coding and deployment
  • Recognition of data as a key asset
