We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking leader to design, develop, and implement a robust risk management framework that aligns with business objectives and regulatory standards.

This is a strategic leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced financial environment and can drive a risk-aware culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a company-wide risk management strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory mandates

- Oversee risk identification, evaluation, and mitigation across credit, operational, and compliance domains

- Monitor and respond to emerging credit risks (e.g., fraud patterns, identity theft) and recommend proactive measures

- Lead portfolio monitoring, stress testing, and forecasting of expected credit losses to manage default risk

- Utilize advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning tools to strengthen risk models, fraud detection systems, and early-warning mechanisms

- Deliver clear, data-driven risk reports to senior leadership and the board, highlighting emerging trends, portfolio performance, and key risk indicators

Candidate Profile

Educational Qualifications:

Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or related discipline

Professional Experience:

- At least 10 years of experience in risk management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role

- Prior experience in NBFCs, banking, or financial services is essential

- Deep understanding of credit, operational, and regulatory risk in the Indian financial ecosystem

Technical & Behavioral Competencies:

- Proficient in risk and data analytics tools; exposure to Python and SQL is an advantage

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and macro trends

- Demonstrated ability to scale businesses while managing risk exposure

- Resilient leader with a track record of long tenures and meaningful contributions in prior roles
