Reliability and Maintenance Lead

This position involves leading a team to ensure optimal reliability and maintenance of equipment.

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Reliability and Maintenance Lead who will oversee the daily operations, implement preventive and planned maintenance strategies, and identify opportunities for improvement. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize asset reliability
  • Leading a team of maintenance professionals to achieve high levels of performance and productivity
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address maintenance-related issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track maintenance activities and equipment performance
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, 4-8 years of relevant experience, and excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 4-8 years of experience in maintenance, reliability, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of pumps, couplings, seals, gearboxes, separators, heating, and cooling systems
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
