As a Process Developer/Management Trainee/Doman Trainee/Assistant Manager - Accounts Payable, you'll work as a P2P processor across all AP sub-activities, providing resolutions and ensuring timely and accurate payment releases.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and process invoices while validating basic essentials, including supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice number, and date.
- Follow up with requisitions to solve invoice issues according to AP guidelines, reducing helpdesk queries and contributing to process improvements.
- Perform daily internal audits to ensure invoices and queries are handled as per guidelines.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
- Accounts Payable domain experience with ERP (SAP) knowledge mandatory.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills, focused on continuous process improvement and adaptability to change.
- Detailed-oriented, organized, and hardworking individual with a great sense of urgency.
