As a Performance Tester, you will play a pivotal role in guaranteeing the quality and performance of software applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance testing strategies to identify and mitigate bottlenecks
  • Analyze and troubleshoot performance issues using tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and Grafana
  • Design and implement automated performance testing scripts using JMeter for API and web protocols
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve performance-related issues and improve overall system performance
  • Leverage expertise in monitoring tools such as SAR, vmstat, iostat, netstat, and perfmon to optimize system performance
  • Lead a team of performance testers to achieve project goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years of experience in performance testing, monitoring, and analysis
  • JMeter expertise and proficiency in multiple protocols (API and web)
  • Experience working on mobile performance testing and debugging performance scripts
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills to work effectively in a global delivery environment
