Software Development Expert

We are seeking a skilled Software Development Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our users.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable, resilient distributed systems by generating software specifications, proof-of-concepts, and prototype solutions from high-level requirements.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and continuously optimize, debug, refactor, and improve existing code to enhance performance and maintainability.
  • Apply metrics and best practices to ensure code quality and long-term stability, and conduct code reviews to uphold engineering standards.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders through all stages of the development lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field, AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
  • Able to pass Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field, AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field, AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and proficiency with data-driven decision making using metrics, telemetry, and experimentation.
