Job Title: Tech Lead Java - Scalable Solutions Architect

The Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tech Lead to lead our team of developers in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Java and Spring Boot. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers, architecting and developing microservices-based solutions, and ensuring scalability, resilience, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and guide a team of developers in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Java and Spring Boot.">
  • Architect and develop microservices-based solutions, ensuring scalability, resilience, and maintainability.">
  • Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.">
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs, integrating with front-end applications and third-party services.">
  • Work with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases, ensuring optimal performance.">
  • Identify and resolve application bottlenecks, optimizing performance and scalability.">
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform for seamless deployments.">
  • Ensure best practices for authentication, authorization, and security compliance in Java applications.">

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in Java (8+), Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Microservices.">
  • Experience with Hibernate, JPA, and messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.">
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.">
  • Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.">
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, OpenAPI (Swagger), and API Gateway.">
  • Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra).">
  • Knowledge of Git, Jenkins, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).">
  • Knowledge of OAuth, JWT, and API security best practices.">
