Job Description

This role is for a Java Tech Lead to oversee the design and development of complex software projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Java/J2EE, a deep understanding of web services and frameworks, and a proven track record of leading medium to large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of software solutions using Java/J2EE technologies.
- Apply strong programming and testing skills in Java/J2EE environments to ensure high-quality code.
- Guide the team in the use of web services frameworks.
- Oversee the development of enterprise-scale web applications.

Skills

- Strong expertise with Java/J2EE Design & Development.
- Well-developed programming and testing skills in Java/J2EE environments.
- Proficiency with Web Services frameworks such as CXF or Spring WS.
- Extensive experience in developing enterprise-scale web applications using Struts, Spring, and Hibernate.
- Knowledge of other web frameworks or programming languages is an asset.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of work experience on medium to large-scale software development projects using Java.
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in developing enterprise-scale web applications.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience using Web Services frameworks.
