We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early professionals to gain hands-on experience in accounting operations, using tools like Zoho Books and Excel.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in B.Com (Commerce) and 1–2 years of relevant work experience. They should be proficient in Zoho Books and Microsoft Excel, with basic knowledge of GST and accounting principles.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Record day-to-day accounting entries in Zoho Books.
  • Prepare and reconcile Bank Reconciliation Statements.
  • Generate and issue invoices to clients.
  • Maintain and update financial dashboards and trackers.
  • Ensure basic GST compliance and assist in return filings.
  • Organize and analyze data using Microsoft Excel.
  • Assist with monthly/quarterly closing of books.
  • Provide support during internal audits and financial reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in B.Com (Commerce).
  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in Zoho Books and Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of GST and accounting principles.
