Job Title: Senior Data Analyst LeadAbout the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to lead our data analytics team. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improvement.
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, correlations, and actionable insights, providing recommendations for process improvements and optimization.
  • Design and build dashboards and visualization tools using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Work closely with backend teams to integrate analytics into web applications using Python (Django/Flask).
  • Develop and maintain MySQL-based databases to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.
  • Integrate Google APIs and credentials to fetch and integrate data from various Google apps/services.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a senior data analyst with a strong track record of delivering high-quality data insights.
  • Proficiency in Python (Django/Flask) for backend data handling, as well as expertise in MySQL database management.
  • Strong front-end skills, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in React.js.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Google credentials/APIs integration and experience with dashboarding and visualization tools.
Bonus Points:

Familiarity with cloud-based services such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
