The role of the Assistant Manager is to provide support to the Europe/America division for Program Controlling Support work. Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure program controlling procedures are implemented correctly.
  • Alert Program Manager and Controlling Manager in case of discrepancies.
  • Keep track of all program financial KPIs.
  • Provide innovative financial solutions during acquisition and development of programs.
  • Upload RFQA/IBP in workflow for approval from division and BG.
  • Monthly simulation of business plan to ensure visibility during the month, along with risk and opportunities.
  • Lead all program forecasting processes (SP/Budget, periodic forecast, etc.).
  • Manage reporting process to ensure reliability, consistency, and transparency.
  • Reporting of R&D P&L and provide information/reports to division/BG from time to time.
  • Handling of 3PV and post-audit of program as per PMS timelines.
  • Provide all necessary program analysis, including variance analysis, margin to program manager from time to time.
  • Creation of master data in SAP and creation of quality backup.
  • Create internal order/WBS in SAP based on requirement.
  • Keep quality backup of all data used for BP simulation.
  • Support Controller in Cost analysis.
  • Support Controller in Monthly reporting.
  • Support Controller in ad-hoc projects.
  • Transfer gradually business plan cost data source to plants from Gate 2.
