Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to fill out insurance application forms, claim forms and other related documents accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fills out insurance application forms, claim forms and other related documents with high precision.
  • Visits multiple hospitals daily to assist patients in filling up insurance forms for pharmaceutical companies, maintains records of all data.
  • Verifies and cross-checks client information for correctness and completeness ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Collects and organizes required supporting documents from clients for seamless processing.
  • Maintains records of submitted forms and tracks their status efficiently.
  • Coordinates with clients, agents or the insurance company to resolve discrepancies or missing information expeditiously.
  • Ensures all forms are completed in accordance with insurance company requirements and regulatory guidelines strictly.
  • Assists with data entry and updating client information in the database/CRM effectively.
  • Maintains confidentiality of sensitive client information rigorously.
  • Meets productivity and accuracy targets consistently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Graduates with prior experience in insurance, data entry or form processing have an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
  • Effective communication skills (verbal & written) in English and local languages.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and MS Office is necessary.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity is paramount.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are crucial.
