Marketing Data Analyst

We are seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to driving performance, retention, and revenue through data-driven insights.

About the Role:

  • Partner with marketing, product, and business teams to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize spend, and uncover growth opportunities across digital channels.
  • Analyze marketing performance across paid media, CRM, SEO, and other digital channels.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) like CAC, LTV, ROAS, churn, and conversions.
  • Conduct customer cohort analysis, funnel deep-dives, and retention diagnostics.
  • Design and evaluate experiments, including A/B tests, geo-tests, and incrementality studies.
  • Provide insights on creative performance, targeting, and budget efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce funnel drop-offs and boost engagement.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in D2C marketing analytics, preferably in healthtech, e-comm, or consumer internet.
  • Strong command of SQL and experience with tools like GA4, AppsFlyer, Power BI, and Google Data Studio.
  • Comfortable working with attribution models, funnel metrics, and performance data.
  • Bonus: Experience in Python/R for advanced analytics.
