Clinical Operations Director

We seek an experienced leader to drive business growth and deliver high-quality services in the US healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of provider organizations and fee-for-service/fee-for-value practice models.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the clinical operations unit, ensuring customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet customer goals and success metrics.
- Mange the financial performance, aligning with company objectives.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to resolve operational issues affecting customers and report performance metrics.
- Act as a senior client liaison and mentor/coach direct reports for professional and personal growth.
- 15+ years of experience in US healthcare operations.
- Clinical/Medical background (India or US).
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams across geographies and drive results.
- Familiarity with electronic health record workflow and practice management systems.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver solutions through structured problem-solving.
