Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data Conversion Expert to join our team. As a key member of our migration process, you will play a critical role in ensuring data integrity and accuracy during the transition from legacy systems to our new platform.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with expertise in data conversion methodologies and tools to drive seamless transition and deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Conversion and Migration
    • Conduct thorough analysis of source systems to identify data discrepancies and develop effective data mapping strategies.
    • Create and implement EIBs and Advanced Loads to convert and validate data into our Workday system.
    • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of projects and meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Problem-Solving and Quality Assurance
    • Identify and rectify data anomalies and conversion errors through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.
    • Develop and utilize data mapping tools to support conversion efforts and enhance overall data quality.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals.
    • Effectively communicate complex data conversion concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements:
  • Education and Certification
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • Active HCM Workday certification or Data Conversion Certified (Optional).
  • Experience and Skills
    • Proven experience as a Data Conversion Specialist or in a similar role.
    • Strong understanding of data conversion methodologies, tools, and best practices.
    • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
