Accounting Operations Manager Role

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to manage the day-to-day operations of our accounts payable department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, vendor payments, and account reconciliations.
  • Verify G/L coding and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Perform monthly vendor master maintenance activities, including setup and updating of vendors in NetSuite.
  • Support year-end and quarterly audit requests, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared.
  • Review and process employee expense reports in accordance with company travel policy.
  • Monitor corporate credit card statements and initiate payment runs, including ACH, wires, checks, and vendor reconciliations.
  • Maintain up-to-date vendor records within the A/P system in NetSuite ERP and Coupa.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for A/P systems and processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, 3+ years of experience in full-cycle Accounts Payable, and knowledge of data center contract administration in a business-to-business industry. Experience managing relationships with external partners, PO creation/receipting processes, resolving billing questions, and utilizing ERP systems such as NetSuite and Coupa are desirable skills.
