Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Façade Access Specialist to provide expert advice and design expertise on challenging projects.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain experience in façade access, working closely with the wider design team to integrate façade access systems into projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the design to achieve optimal cost, aesthetic impact, and functionality while following best health and safety practices.
  • Preparing façade access strategy reports at key stages of project design.
  • Reviewing contractor drawings and inspecting site throughout construction to ensure compliance with specifications and design intent.
  • Managing multiple façade access consulting projects simultaneously and working directly with clients.
  • Conducting research on industry trends and available technologies used in façade access.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience working with façade access systems or equivalent role.
  • Knowledge of façade access systems, their performance, and operation, as well as current engineering standards, practices, regulations, and legislation.
  • Relevant academic background and enthusiasm for façade access design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit and 3D design software.

Expertise Requirements:

Proven track record in providing façade access advice and design expertise on complex projects.

Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and develop effective façade access strategies.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
