Job Description

Covenant Consultants seeks a Branch Operations Manager to oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with bank guidelines. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple tasks and maintaining high productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and monitor AOF rejection cases, account closures, overdue FD & FD maturity data, and renewals.
  • Scrutinize customer requests, AOFs, and dispatch them for processing while informing customers of rejections.
  • Maintain low wait times through load balancing, regular monitoring of pending tokens, and analysis of employee productivity.
  • E nsure adherence to Corporate Attire policy and Grooming guidelines by all staff members.
  • Ensure operations, risk control, and process adherence at branches.
  • Pursue fraud prevention, Ops risk monitoring, RBI audits, inspections, and incognito visits.

Requirements:

  • At least [**5-7 years**] of experience in branch management or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
