Job Title: BIM Modeller MEP

About the Position:

  • We are seeking an experienced BIM Modeller to develop detailed Revit models and construction documentation for MEP, LV, Fire Fighting, PHE services.
  • Candidates must collaborate closely with architects, design engineers, interior designers, and project managers to understand design intent and project requirements.
  • The ideal candidate will be proficient in using BIM authoring tools to provide technical support to the project team.
  • Responsibilities include setting up linked models and coordinating models across disciplines.
  • Applicants should be familiar with relevant building codes and standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP drawings is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain accurate Revit models and construction documentation.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive designs.
  3. Maintain and organize Revit project files, libraries, and standards.
  4. Stay updated on the latest Revit software updates, industry trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in MEP Engineering Design is a requirement.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in modelling MEP services in architectural and interior fit-out projects is necessary.
  • Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD is essential.
  • Strong understanding of construction documents, detailing, and building materials is required.
