Senior Rewards and Performance Expert

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Rewards & Performance Expert to join our Global Talent, Reward and Culture Team in the People Function.

  • The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping and executing global performance management, compensation planning, and employee rewards and recognition strategies.

This position offers a unique opportunity to lead impactful projects and collaborate with professionals across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement global policies and systems for rewards, compensation, and performance management.
  2. Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels in a global setting to drive business outcomes.
  4. Analyze complex data from various sources and draw meaningful conclusions to inform strategic decisions.
  5. Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in rewards, compensation, and performance management within a global organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced level MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and consultative skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
