We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and executing performance test strategies, identifying bottlenecks, and collaborating with development teams to enhance system scalability, reliability, and responsiveness.

  • Design and execute comprehensive performance test plans, leveraging tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, and Blazemeter.
  • Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline testing processes.
  • Conduct exploratory testing for new features in Agile environments, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Test Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute performance test plans, strategies, and scripts to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Analysis & Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and collaborate with development teams to optimize system scalability, reliability, and responsiveness.
  • Tooling & Frameworks: Build and maintain performance testing frameworks, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and system architects to ensure performance goals are met.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in performance engineering, including design, execution, and optimization of performance test strategies.
  • Proficiency in using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, and Blazemeter for load, stress, and endurance testing.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles, Agile methodologies, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Excellent collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
