Job Title: Delivery Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Manager to join our team at HyrEzy Talent Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage highly complex projects with high degrees of risk and impact on account/business unit performance.
  • Ensure profitability of assigned accounts.
  • Responsible for account mining to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Single point of contact for clients.
  • Manage deliveries to ensure exceptional client experience.
  • Scope Management - Manage scope and ensure changes are captured and converted to billable CRs as appropriate.
  • Partner with clients to leverage Ivy's product for maximum business value.
  • Implement industry best practices and Ivy best practices in assigned accounts.
  • Enable partnerships to integrate solutions with other Ivy products, third-party solutions, or third-party service providers.

Requirements:

  • Strategic thinker and problem solver with strong initiative and follow-through.
  • 12+ years of experience in managing complex projects across multiple shores and technologies.
  • Ability to collaborate internally, with third-party partners, and customers to deliver desired solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with all levels of client management.
  • Ability to lead and mentor large teams.
  • Knowledge of the industry and project management principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer management.
  • Worked on Southeast Asia markets.
  • Experience in managing PM's.
  • Worked on Agile methodology.
  • Understanding of Program management and certification in program management.
  • Development background - preferably .net.
  • Good to have a product or SAAS background.
