Drive Customer Growth with Data-Driven Strategies

As a product strategist, you will shape and scale customer growth initiatives at our organization. You will combine strategic consulting with hands-on B2C product execution, leveraging data-driven insights and product-led retention strategies to drive sustainable growth and business impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement product-focused initiatives to drive customer growth through experimentation and iteration.
  • Build and scale rewards & loyalty programs to boost retention and engagement.
  • Use data and analytics to identify opportunities and optimize performance, informing strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and business, to execute growth strategies.
  • Lead A/B tests and champion/challenger experiments to validate ideas and drive business outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA/Master's from a top-tier institution preferred.
  • 4-6 years of total experience, including at least 2 years in B2C hyper-frequent use cases or 2-3 years in top-tier consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytics tools (Tableau/Python preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with growth funnels, lifecycle management, and cohort analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
