Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced auditor to conduct concurrent audits of financial transactions, assess the effectiveness of internal controls, and identify potential risks to recommend appropriate control measures.

The primary focus will be on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting real-time audits of financial transactions, loan disbursements, and operational activities to ensure adherence to established procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Identifying and reporting any deviations or non-compliance with established procedures or regulatory requirements.
  • Assessing the effectiveness of internal controls and making recommendations for improvements to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in law, accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an auditor, preferably in housing finance, with a focus on concurrent auditing.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and auditing standards.
  • Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements applicable to housing finance companies.
  • Effective communication skills and proficiency in using audit software, data analysis tools, and MS Office applications.
