Job Title: Senior Legal Counsel

Location: Mumbai (On-site)

Experience: 2-3 years

Qualification: LLB from a recognized university

About the Role:

A leading cybersecurity and compliance solutions provider based in Mumbai is looking to hire a seasoned legal professional.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements including service contracts, vendor agreements, consultancy contracts, and non-disclosure agreements.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations across various industries.
  • Liaising with external legal consultants, advisors, and regulatory authorities to mitigate risks and ensure seamless operations.
  • Supporting business and operational teams with contract management, legal risk assessment, and dispute resolution.
  • Maintaining proper documentation and repository of agreements, legal notices, and filings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong foundation in contract and commercial laws with experience in agreement drafting and legal review.
  • Effective coordination and communication skills for working with external consultants and internal teams.
  • Analytical ability with attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, preferably in technology or services sectors.
