Financial Analyst Position

About a leading investment bank:

Our team is responsible for providing financial advisory services to clients across Asia, focusing on India domestic deals. We are looking for an experienced and skilled Financial Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop complex financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support deal execution.
  • Manage due diligence processes, communications, and interaction with deal team members and other advisors.
  • Perform comprehensive and in-depth industry and market research and company analysis within the consumer and industrial sectors.
  • Assist in the preparation of pitch materials, presentations, and marketing materials for client meetings.
  • Collaborate with senior team members in deal origination, structuring, and negotiation.
  • Support the execution of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and capital-raising activities, and other financial transactions.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related disciplines.
  • 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields, working on consumer and industrial transactions.
  • Solid understanding of the consumer and industrial sector.
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
