Human Resource Manager

We are seeking a skilled HR administrator to join our organization. This role involves managing the entire employee journey from recruitment to separation, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Onboarding and Induction: Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, providing necessary documentation and training.
- Communication: Maintain open communication channels with employees, management, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of employee data, including personnel files and attendance records.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in HR administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Skill Set:
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
