IT Project Manager Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead our team in overseeing fixed bid projects within the IT services domain.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, with hands-on experience in project management tools and techniques.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects utilizing SDLC principles to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Work across front-end and back-end technologies, boasting sound database design knowledge.
  • Utilize Jira or Azure DevOps for planning and tracking, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders, manage expectations, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Implement and monitor quality processes, while maintaining proper documentation standards.
  • Analyze risks, troubleshoot problems, and provide technical guidance to teams as needed.
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a PM, with profound knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
  • Hands-on experience in client management, quality processes, and documentation.
  • Strong logical reasoning, analytical skills, and effective communication abilities.
  • Experience handling projects within fixed budgets.
  • Able to work from the office daily, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
